The JEOL 400 MHz NMR features a 5mm Broad Band Probe. It can observe 1H, 13C, 11B, 19F, 29Si, and 31P nuclei in solution. Features include: 24 Carousel Autosampler, Automatic Tuning and Matching, Delta 5.3 software used for data acquisition and processing, as well as MNova software that can be used for processing. It can perform Variable Temperature Experiments from -100°C to 150°C. The JEOL can perform 2D COSY, HSQC, HMBC, HMQC, NOESY, ROESY, and 1H-15N HMBC. It can run presaturation and water suppression. USERS NEED TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN 5mm NMR TUBES AND DEUTERATED SOLVENTS. All new users can contact Wendy Gavin to discuss training at wendy_gavin@uml.edu.
