EMD Millipore Amnis FlowSight Imaging Flow Cytometer

Advanced imaging flow cytometer with three excitation lasers (405, 488, 642nm) and twelve standard detection channels. Simultaneously produces brightfield, darkfield, side scatter, and up to ten channels of fluorescence imagery at ~20X magnification with high sensitivity CCD cameras. Enables detailed imaging of large cell populations for colocalization, internalization, stem cell differentiation, cell cycle, phagocytosis, and cell-cell interaction studies. Includes IDEAS software for quantitative image processing. 10 minutes per sample booking guideline. Does not accept MRSA or BSL-2 samples.
