Modular system that works in conjunction with the Xplore micro-compounder to produce mono or multi-filament fiber. Two configurations with different accessories to accommodate single or multi-filament fiber collection. Only a few grams of material needed. Control over screw speeds, temperature profiles, quench air, draw ratios. Multi-filament setup capable of extruding 12 individual filaments.
