Single-Cell Isolator combining Bio-Rad's Droplet Digital technology with Illumina sequencing for single-cell gene expression. Uses disposable microfluidic cartridges to coencapsulate single cells and barcodes into subnanoliter droplets for cell lysis and barcoding. RNA-Seq libraries prepared and sequenced with BaseSpace analysis.
