Keyence BZ-X710

This microscope is an inverted fluorescence phase contrast microscope. The stage is fully contained in a built-in darkroom. It has the ability to view images under brightfield and epifluorescence. For brightfield it has color imaging and oblique illumination, also a polarized light filter. For epifluorescence, we currently have filter cubes that let us do GFP, DAPI, Texas red and Cy5, but the cubes are interchangeable so more filters can be added.
