Zeiss Elyra 7 SIM super-resolution Lattice SIM microscope for living cells

It has full environmental capabilities, and is excellent for visualizing fluorescent objects in living cells. Resolution achieved is 120nm XY, 300nm Z. Higher resolution may be achieved when using the Elyra PS.1. However, the PS.1 is considerably slower, and not usually suitable for living cells.
