TIRF / SD – Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence

Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) microscope for looking within ~100 nm of the microscope slide. Specifically well suited for endocytosis, exocytosis, adhesion and membrane protein/lipid studies. Fluorescence Emission Filters (TIRF) - separate widefield cubes are also avaliable. Detectors: (sCMOS are in place but can be switched for EM-CCD cameras depending on the application)
