Our spinning disk confocal microscope is ideal for long-term live cell imaging, photobleaching, and photoactivation experiments. The system is built on a Zeiss Axiovert 200M stand and equipped with a Yokogawa spinning disk head, Photometrics Evolve EMCCD camera, and solid state lasers controlled by an AOTF. It also has a motorized XYZ stage, definite focus, and a stage-top incubator with CO2, humidity, and temperature control.
