Instron 68SC-05 Single Column Tensile Tester

Table top, single column, electromechanical testing system with a 500N capacity for measurement of mechanical properties of natural and man-made single textile fibers and other materials. The system includes 10N and 500N load cells. Also available 50N and 250N pneumatic side acting grips for gripping a wide range of materials and specimen types. Yarn grips and other grips are available. A 90 degree peel test fixture is available for peel testing. Designed to perform compression, flex, peel, puncture, friction and shear tests for low force applications. Note: 500N Load cell not available.
