Vertical Flame Chamber, M233M

The SDL Atlas Vertical Flame Chamber M233M is used to determine and measure the vertical flame spread, glow propagation and charring of materials when exposed to a controlled flame source. The chamber is composed of stainless steel with a large window to monitor test samples. Test specimens are secured in a holder and suspended vertically in the chamber. Additionally, there is a separate gas control module to control the flame source.
